Refund policy
MISFIT NATION RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your Misfit Nation purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit (see exceptions).
Before returning any products please contact support@misfitnation.com, as we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to offered by Misfit Nation’s expense and discretion. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer support at support@misfitnation.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return to a facility address we will provide you, after your return request has been evaluated/approved.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 45 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason0:
Wrong Shipping Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Sealed Goods - Misfit Nation does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed.
Defective or Damaged - For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email address below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
- A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $100.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
