What is the status of my order?

We have you covered! We send email and/or text notifications throughout the entire order and delivery process. We want you to be fully informed on when your order has been placed, as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

Is Misfit Nation™ clothing comfortable?

Yes, extremely! We offer apparel and gear that has been hand-selected and utilized personally by Misfit Nation™ employees and ambassadors to ensure comfort and quality are at their highest. We focus on shattering the status quo by offering comfortable alternative clothing and accessories for modern-day misfits. Our goal is to hear you say, “this is my most favorite [insert the Misfit Nation™ gear you purchased here]!”.

What separates Misfit Nation™ apparel from other apparel companies?

How can I become a Misfit Nation™ Brand Ambassador?

We are thrilled you enjoy Misfit Nation™ apparel so much you want to be considered a brand ambassador. Our brand ambassador program is made up of athletes and modern-day misfits from all walks of life. To be considered you must apply and meet the qualifications of a Misfit Nation™ brand ambassador; Knowledge and Appreciation for Quality Apparel, Established Online Presences, Highest Level of Professionalism, Natural Leadership Skills, Passion for Building and Growing Relationships, and willingness to Gather Feedback and Provide Innovative Insights. What does the Misfit Nation™ “Bolts” logo mean?

The Misfit Nation™ “Bolts” logo is a set of intersecting lightning bolts forming the Misfit “M”, while each bolt represents the “N” in Nation. Together they encompass our energetic, edgy, and empowering brand often referred to as the Misfit Nation™ bolts. Our products proudly showcase the bolts logo either with the Misfit Nation™ wording or by letting the bolts speak for themselves.

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from 3 warehouses in the US. With so many shipping centers across the country, we provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.

Is your shipping really FREE and why?

Yes! We offer free shipping, as we know no one wants to get excited about their purchase and then be hit with hidden fees and shipping costs. Our standard shipping is always free (always).

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout. We also offer free standard shipping on everything, as we know no one wants to get excited about their purchase and then be hit with hidden fees and shipping costs. Our standard shipping is always free (always), while expedited shipping can be added at checkout.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Yes! We offer international shipping, in fact we have fulfillment centers in Canada, UK, Latvia, Spain, and Mexico (plus the United States of course).

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all forms of online payment. We strive to provide the best possible online payment solutions. We currently accept Visa, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method ("standard" at checkout). International shipping may take up to 14 business days, while Expedited shipping will reduce the standard shipping timeframe.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated by visiting our Return / Exchange Policy page.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes! The exchange must qualify based on our Return / Exchange Policy. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our Return / Exchange Policy page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Return / Exchange Policy page to initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team at Misfit Nation Support or through our "Contact Us" form.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, your while order is on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive your order within a timely manner, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance at Misfit Nation Support.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes (very rarely) the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team at Misfit Nation Support and provide your order number, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between each apparel garment and style. Product size information can be found within the “Product Details” toward the bottom of each product page, aka “Size guide”. Unless otherwise specified, sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat. If a product has special sizing considerations, we will provide this information within the “Product Details” for each product.

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble with a discount code. We do not offer many discount codes, so please note that when a code has expired it may no longer work. Feel free to reach out with questions to Misfit Nation Support.

Where is clothing shop online based?

Our office is in the heartland of America, in beautiful Kansas City, just a few steps from the hustle and bustle of the big city and a few hops from open green fields with endless blue skies and the kind of people who experience all four seasons each year (really).

Can I personalize gear or add custom text/graphics?

Yes! While Misfit Nation™ offers the most comfortable and stylish apparel around there are times where you have a great idea and want to have it added to our garments. Are your products assembled in America / USA?

Yes! It’s important for Misfit Nation™ to remain competitive while also supporting the economy and ensuring fair wages for fair labor. That’s why we print everything in the US and offer a wide variety of products also made in the USA.
